Air O Union

We are Global Business Developer, Royalty Partner and Design Consultant for The Air O Union product can be widely used for low pressure, large bore, large alignment, often removable

air o union

Air O union Properties

These unions connect mud tanks, mud tank lines, and pump suction flanges. They handle a maximum line pressure of 150 PSI. The nitrile seal creates a strong compressive seal, while its cross-sectional design increases the sealing surface for improved performance. The union also accommodates up to 7° pipe misalignment.

We offer these unions in 6″, 8″, 10″, and 12″ sizes. We can socket weld 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″, and 14″ sizes to pipe or butt weld them to tubing. The 12″ size requires a butt weld connection.

Product structure: steel housing, air tire
Working temperature: -45℃ to +50℃
Max. seal pressure (flow pressure in line):  0.4Mpa
Recovery time of pneumatic tube, after bleeding air: 1-3 seconds

Technical

We provide comprehensive design support, product development guidance, material specification assistance, testing parameter recommendations, and quality assurance documentation support for forging, casting, high-pressure fittings, and metal engineering industries.

From concept development to final production, we help manufacturers improve product performance, ensure compliance with international standards, optimize material selection, and maintain consistent quality.

Moreover, our expertise supports technical documentation, inspection procedures, process validation, and customer-specific quality requirements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and global market competitiveness.

Seal-O-Grip Unions quickly connect and disconnect mud suction lines, return lines, and other low pressure fluid lines.
These unions provide a tight seal even if the pipe is not properly aligned (to certain limits).
Body is ASTM A216 Grade WCB carbon steel.

The oil-resistant inflatable tube is heavy-duty and abrasion resistant.
The tube design is for 200 psi maximum air pressure. (The tube inflation pressure must exceed fluid line pressure by 50 psi to properly seal the line pressure up to 150 psi).
