ARES manufacture 4130 long sweep and 3D double back style manifold fittings. They are used for full-flow applications such as cement and mud systems, where a minimum pressure drop is required. The fittings are designed to withstand erosion from these fast-flow conditions.

All of our high-pressure manifold fittings are forged from AISI 4130 grade low-alloy steel, to guarantee high yield strength. They are suitable for high-pressure service of between 5,000psi and 20,000psi working pressure, depending on wall thickness.

All forgings are fully in accordance with NACE MR-0175 and are supplied with BS EN 10204 3.1 & 3.2 certification. The entire supply chain is certified to ISO 9001, with the materials forged in India.
